While both coaching and therapy can be valuable, coaching is more goal-driven and forward-focused.
The coaching program consists of 6 sessions, but the length of time to complete them can vary depending on your needs and goals. Sessions are spaced to give you time to integrate what you’ve learned, and there is flexibility to adjust the pace as we work together.
Each coaching session is designed to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create actionable plans to move forward. We will explore your goals, challenges, and any mindset barriers, providing you with tools and strategies to help you take the next step. Our work together is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your specific needs.
Sessions typically last for 60 minutes, but there’s flexibility to extend to 90 minutes if needed. If you feel that more time is required for a deeper dive into a topic or to address specific issues, we can easily adjust the session length to suit your needs.
To begin, simply schedule your free 20-minute consultation, where we’ll discuss your goals and determine how coaching can support you. After that, you can easily book your coaching sessions through our online booking system at a time that works best for you.
We understand that things can come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule when possible.

The prices listed for the coaching program are all-inclusive of GST, so there are no hidden fees. You’ll only pay the agreed amount based on the payment option you choose.
